If you are looking to begin your career as a Regional or Over the Road truck driver then U.S. Truck Driver Training School can arrange pre-employment for you with some of the nation’s top trucking companies. A Pre-hire is written documentation stating that you will have a job waiting for you upon graduation. Pre-hires are granted as long as you can meet all of the qualifications that the company requires. Medical, Vision and Life Insurance

Single coverage is available for $15 per week

Family coverage is available for $63 per week.

Dental Plan

Singe coverage is available for $3.37 per week.

401(k) Retirement program

Since 1991, Swift has contributed more than $33 million to employees’ 401(k) accounts. All drivers are eligible to participate in Swift’s 401(k) after 6 months of service. Swift will match up to 3% of the employees’ contributions. Employees’ rights to Swift’s contributions are vested after 5 years of employment. Company contributions are discretionary.

Rider Program

Qualified solo drivers may bring their spouse, roommate, mother, father, or child. With a security deposit, a dog or cat is allowed in the truck.

CR England

 

 We are a stable, progressive company and offer tremendous opportunities for experienced drivers. C.R. England, Inc. was founded in 1920. Since then, they have grown to be one of the largest carriers in the nation. C.R. England solo drivers average 11,300 milers per month, with driving equipment that is considered to be the best in the industry. Each driver has his/her own driver manager and is permanently assigned his or her own tractor. C.R. England does not slip seat.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

C.R. England will reimburse the tuition you paid to your driving school up to $130 a month. Ask your recruiter for details.

Insurance

A family health, life and dental plan are available. Coverage can begin in the first month following 90 day of employment. Life insurance begins first of month following six months of employment.

Retirement

The company has available to those with one year seniority a 401 (k) retirement/savings plan. The company will match 50 cents to every dollar contributed by employees up, to 3% of their gross income.
